Clinton, Montana, sits along I-90 just east of Missoula on the Clark Fork River. It is a small town, and most working people commute to Missoula. Great fishing and mountain views, nestled in the Sapphire Mountains – part of the Rockies. Clinton was originally a stage stop and post office named after C. L. Clinton, an official of the Northern Pacific Railroad.
